the day after my high school graduation in 1999 my mom moved to wisconsin and i've been really upset ever since. i've missed her so much, she's like one of my best friends...
well as of 1am last night, she was finally back in NY for good!!
FH and i flew out thursday night to help her finish packing, my brother flew out friday night and we loaded up a HUGE truck! saturday from 7am till 1am, the 4 of us drove the truck and her car back to NY and she is FINALLY home.
i am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy!! i didn't want to write about it here b/c she has talked about moving back several times in the past without seeing it through, so i think i was afraid to talk about it in case it wouldn't come true.
but she's HERE! after spending the night at my brother's house we moved her into her new place this afternoon. i am sooooo excited. i've been so upset that she has been so far away, and it has been getting to me more lately, since i went dress shopping w/o her, and have been doing wedding things that i wish she were here to help with. and now she'll be here for my first fitting and everything after!

That's awesome! I'm so happy for you. It is so hard having your mom far away.... mine is just a 2 hour car ride, and I hate it!

That's wonderful - - -My mother just moved to Florida and I miss her sooooo much!! You're so lucky. Have a fantastic time and enjoy every moment
