My mom won her office's 'Biggest Loser Challenge'! She lost 40.2 lbs in total, winning not only the individual competition, but also the team competition. She won $820 in total!!! I'm so proud of her and now she can has the $$ for her dress and my dad's/brother's tuxes!!! I'm so happy for her!!!

Honestly, she didn't make DRASTIC changes. She stopped drinking soda and iced tea and started just drinking water, trying to drink about 6-8 cups a day, she'd take any stairs she could instead of escalators/elevators, she'd take walks on her lunch break, take the dogs for longer walks. Mostly, what is was, was portion control. She really read labels, counted calories, and measured out her food. I told her after my fitting on April 13th, we're BOTH going to go get some Checkers!! And at the wedding, forget about it! We're going to eat like we've never been fed before!

Hmmm, maybe 2 months? Maybe a little more? I think they started in February.
You should see her now, I gotta take her shopping, her clothes are literally falling off her! LOL!
