my mom's gift and my BDAY gift...SO excited!!
i got my mom a 'Mother' hanky and a really pretty pair of earrings that will match her dress and i was going to get her a necklace to match....but i remembered seeing on here someone post a precious moments MOB figurine and my mom used to collect those so i searched for it, LOVED it and ordered it...i should be getting it this week.
so THEN my mom told me for my bday she didn't have a lot of $ but she wanted to get me something special. my bday is the week after next but she wanted to look for it and make sure it would be something i would like. so yesterday she took me to a hallmark store in lake success that had about a million precious moments statues and she had the lady get one out and i almost cried...i couldn't believe how PERFECT it was...the little bride even has pink in her dress!! i loved it so much and i was so excited b/c now the figurine i'm giving my mom will have even more meaning i feel like.
