my most perfect shoe shower!!!!!! a little long...with PICS!
I was dying yesterday at work because my internet was down all day! My shower was on Saturday and it was SO AMAZING!!
It was at Westbury Manor (for all you girls getting married there everything was so great!) and it was shoe themed since I am a shoe w hore
I was actually surprised, I thought I was going there for a sample sale, and so many people were involved in making the surprise work. I thought it was this weekend because a 'fake' family party invitation was mailed to my house for this saturday.
My mom is so creative and my shower was so different. There were no gifts opened, instead everything was wrapped in clear baskets with labels of who gifted it, so everyone could walk around and see who gave what. There was a chinese raffle, and every guest received raffle tickets and placed the tickets in the gifts that they wanted (like the 2011 shower) so guests got to leave with prizes! It was really great. We had a DJ, who showed up late, but it was still super fun!
The favors were little shoe ring holders, and the centerpieces were molded chocolate shoes.
Some photos below I'll add more as they come!
I was soooo blown away by everything! And how strange he shoes I picked out after the invites went out were the same design as the ones on the invites!
My favorite gifts:
My KitchenAid Stand Mixer
Henckels Knife Set
My fine and regular china and glasses
A basket of decorations for EVERY holiday of the year! (my sister came up with that!)
Mickey and Minnie Just married Lenox Car (I will display at the cake table!)
