My mother of all lists LIST

OKay ladies. I have seen everyones list, so I combined what I saw from a number of brides (MUCH THANKS TO ALL THE Pioneers!!!)

Why am I doing this list mind you. to drive myself nutts.. This is what happens when you are a list person.. mind you this is not the same as a person who actually get this list done, it just means I like making lists.. haha SO look at my recent list compiled from other peoples suggestions & weddings (there are typos though in it)

o Who's walking the Mothers down aisle (which usher)?
o music - make sure pianist has music sheets if necessary
o specify time by which church must be decorated
o who will be responsible for bringing/setting up alter candles and memory candle

o make sure MOH has copy of vows for me and best man has copy of vows for Brian (index cards)

Photography
o compile must-have list
o develop organized system for keeping track of responses and gifts
o arrange for florist to get cake flowers to baker
o make sure someone keeps top layer and cake topper

Flowers
o Choose flowers for Ceremony alter arrangements
o meet with florist
o Schedule Delivery time
o arrange for someone to make sure everyone has flowers (all BMs have their bouquets, all GMs have bouts, etc.)


Transportation
o confirm limos or rental cars
o Create timeline done
o Confirm Pickup times
o See if we can get aisle runner ahead of time to customize
