So yesterday I go to go get my nails done and this lady has been doing them for 3 YEARS Perfect shape, lenth, and thickness (I have been getting my Nails done for 9 years I am kind of crazy about them always being done) So I call before I go and I asked for her and two weeks before she wasn't there so this week I asked if she was fired and they said yes! So after freaking out I went to a salon in Babylon that my Sister suggested I later on found out she meant for Pedicures!
So I go to this Salon and I was there for 2 and a half hours CRYING because they totally messed up my nails like to the point I looked at the lady and was like 'Let go of my hand I am leaving ' They kept saying it was going to look better. So I get home after having a Mental Breakdown and hysterically crying I get home and FH says 'WOW, I hope you didn't pay for that' That's when I knew I wasn't over reacting because FH never notice's he always says they look fine when I think they came out bad
So I had to go to KP Nails which I hate to get them reshaped and they still looked like ****! My sister's saw and were like OMG WHAT HAPPENED?
SO sorry long just really upset my Wedding is in 2 1/2 weeks and my nail lady is gone!

I am SOOO sorry! I will totally be upset n crying too if m lady gets fired! I've been with her for like 6-7yrs!!!!!
What if they tell u her #?? and u can call her?!

Awwww! Thats awful! I go to Maxi Nails on 109 in West Babylon. I use Jina and shes always done a great job.
Im sure other girls will provide recommendations as well!!
Im sorry though, i am crazy about my nails too so I would be a basket case if I was this close to my wedding as well!

i am so sorry!!!!!!!!!! i would be devastated if my nail lady dissapeared 2 weeks befor emy wedding! is there another nail salon that a good reputation that you can try?

Like I had them yelling at me because I was insisting they were messing up and they were like no we aren't 2 and a hal;f hours in they just completed my White Fill! and then used clear acrylic! UM HELLO PINK AND WHITE MEANS PINK AND WHITE! So I have a tendency to flip out bad so I counted to three and looked her right in the eye and was like 'Let go of my hand I am leaving' threw down 20 because I feel weird and didn't want to get arrested like the father in the father of the bride but yea it was bad and I creid

why would you use clear on a pink and white fill?????? Can I ask what place this is??

I am so sorry to hear this, I am the same way with my nails. And I do not tolerate morons touching my nails. My Fh lives in Franklin Square, and I tried out a nail salon called 'elmont nails'. Try them, they are very good and SO personal. I have been going there now for about 2 months. I switched from wraps to the gel manicure, and they look SO good, and the polish stays on way over 2 weeks. Worth it to check out. I PROMISE you that you wont be disappointed.

dont know how far massapequa is from you but i go to the best nail salon. its mani/pedi spa on broadway in massapequa i go there for regular manicures/pedicures and gel manicures i've never gotten tips done so i cant say how they are with tips but everything else they are fabulous at.

Oh NO!!!!! that is horrible!!!! I honestly never even thought about this!!! i haven't had my nails done in years and was going to get the french tips on the day before the wedding.... now im nervous about where i go!!! I hope you find someone to fix them!! at least you stil have some time!!
