My Nephew Billy whi is 7 1/2 years old has a fever of 104 again he was on a antibiotic and they said if he gets a rash it could be a sign of mono and he got that rash. my poor little man he is so upset he cant go to his sister's birthday party. Pray that he gets well fast.

I hope he feels better!!!! I had a form of mono when I was in pre-school. It wasn't the same one as people often get in high school or college. My glands swelled up so large the doctors wanted me to see a surgon but my mother refused. It came back once when I was in college.

I had mono in college too. I remember the doc at the health center saying that there are hundreds if not more people walking around with it who don't even know they have it. I was the ONE person who didnt get it from kissing someone.

thanks everyone tonight he was so sad he was crying because he was like i want to feel better now they think he might have a virus on top of strep throat and mono all three in one the poor kid.

thanks moe he is really sad but tonight afterwards we were all playing disney scene it and it was the boy's against the girls and the boys won and he was like haha was boys won so he was cheering up a little at the end of the night and i said I will see you tomorrow. and i gave him a hugand a kiss on the head.

I hope your nephew feels better...

They thought I had mono when I was 9 - I had strept but then had an allergic reaction to the medication and got hives.

I hope the blood test results come back negative for momo

me too actually his rash looked like it was almost gone thank god and he said he was feeling a little better.
