I posted a lot this weekend about my dress drama...but also that i found a new dress b/c Adriennes messed up and ordered the wrong color dress for me. So here are pics of my new dress!
Just to clarify....Adriennes has NOT BEEN HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!!!!! and this dress is NOT from there. I was able to buy it elsewhere right off the rack.
Very pretty. I am shocked they let you take picture.

i didn't see your first post but I cannot believe they ordered you the wrong dress. Thank goodness you were able to find the right one someplace else, it's very pretty!

Beautiful! Glad you got a new one! I've shared with you my own thoughts of Adriennes - I agree with you - I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I didn't have a great experience with Adriennes when I went there...I thought they were very dishonest

Well....we contacted our CC company already (THATS WHY ITS GOOD TO USE CREDIT CARDS FOR VENDOR PURCHASES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and disputed the charge. So they fight with the vendor....well see what happens. The owner is supposed to call me back tomorrow (after she refused to talk to me on Friday) so i'll see what she has to say, and if its nothing good or she is disrespectful (which is normal for her) then i will excuse myself and tell her she can take it up with my Credit card co when they contact her.

She seemed like a very rude person.....when I was trying on dresses the sales girls seemed to be walking on eggshells around her...I didn't think it was a pleasant environment but that is just my opinion

Congrats on the new dress!! I'm so sorry you had to go through all of this now and I hope it all works out with the CC co. Now you can concentrate on getting everything else ready for the big day and be happy with your dress choice!!!

The new dress is beautiful!! That is great that you contacted your CC company. You should have no problem getting your money back.... although it may take a little time. You ordered a dress and the store messed up. You can prove that you tried to work with the owner but they were uncooperative. Just keep a log of every time you call and the outcome of the phone call.

Your new dress is gorgeous and I'm so glad everything worked out for you. I had a terrible experience with Adrienne's as well when I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. The dresses were ordered in July, but when my friend checked in on everything in February, they said 'oh didn't anyone call you? Those dresses have been discontinued and cannot be ordered.' They wound up custom making the dresses because my friend wouldn't let up on them...mine was still being worked on the night before the wedding.
