Well everyone was right..it all came together and everything is amazing!!!!
We moved in last weekend and cleaned like crazy!!! They had a dog and smoked so lots of outst and candles and had the carpets cleaned...
My parents bought a a new stainless refridge..we changed the gold on the cabinets to stainless too...
We also painted the pantry replaced the shelves..and finished the moulding around the doors...
It's better then i could have imagined!!!!!

Yes it's a screen bamboo ..my MIL bought it for us at the Atias Flea market...

wow...its gorgeous! (and we are neighbors - i am in pt jeff!) dh and i totally understnad what you are goin gthrough - we too are living in a 'working construction site'! enjoy it and if you ever need to commiserate about things taking forver or never seemign like they will be done...i am here for you!
