I think they will be out of business anyway.That place is always going under and then switching owners and names.There was always write ups in the newspaper about them and the brides and grooms who got screwed.

Call fox 5 news trouble people or any of the news channels and I am sure you can get this on the air.. Also write an article and send it in to your local paper about this place..

Call BBB also.. I would.. Do you want me to call him and curse him out.. I am in a cranky mood!!!!!!!

Sorry you are so upset about this. I would definately give the Board of Health a Call. That reserving of food issue is very big deal. You can also file a complaint with the BBB it dosent matter if they are a member or not.

That really stinks but I dont think there is much you can do. The BBB is a complete waste of time and have no authority. I dont think the health dept will do much unless they have proof but maybe.

I know its hard but you just have to cut your loses and move on. Im sure with his sparkling personality, you arent the first or last person whom he has offended.

the best defense against slander is the truth!!! he has no case for slander, so don't worry about it!

You can be sued over what you say on boards.

A friend of mine is being sued by a very large corporation for A LOT of money after he said some negative things on a financial board and their stock went down. They claim it was due to what he said, never mind that this was back in August 2001 and almost every company's stock has dropped since then.... It'll never make it to court, but he's spending a fortune in lawyer fees trying to get them to drop the case.

Denise, if you are telling the truth, then you don't have to worry about it. Plus, its not even slander. Slander is spoken, libel is written and you didn't say anything to any of us so he doesn't know what he is talking about

Sorry, girls, I got a little scared re: the slander thing. If anyone did not catch my posts and wants to know what happened, FM me and I will rewrite my posts to you. Becky, I got you just give me a minute.

Bottom line, we are through talking. He offered to throw in some chafing dishes if I have another party there! What a joke, right. So I know what I am going to do but don't want to put it on here so I will FM you too!
