Love the Artist Colony. In HS, we used to drive around there at night... very creepy but soooo beautiful!

I am thinking those taxes are wrong... I pay about the same and I don't live on the water and my house is not that big....

I thought they were low too- but the house is a townhouse. Maybe that's why?
