and yesterday a teacher friend was complaining that she had to go back to work today. Meanwhile she gets off for MLK Jr day in about two weeks. Dh and I felt bitter. End of rant.

Plus DH just informed me he is going to Denver for a week in February - GRRRRR! I will not be joining cause no way in hell am I using vacay days for something that does not involve flip flops and/or a darkening of my freakishly pale skin.

Same here - I also have to work weekends starting Jan 20th - tax accountant. I feel your pain. I work minimum 70 hours a week until April 15th.
