I have been so stressed with appointments and planning for the wedding so I decided to go for a facial and just relax this weekend. The facial itself was great but I when I went back to my locker, I realized someone opened it. I am POSITIVE I locked it. I checked my wallet and $60 was missing. I told the manager and I filled out a report. They ended up taking the $60 off my bill. I just feel so upset because even though they said they believed me, I feel like they probably have doubts. I really like it there and now i feel embarassed to go back. I have been crying since I came home and I just can't stop. I don't know if I'm crying because of what happened or if it's a combo of that and stress.

Awwww it's ok!! Don't worry about what they think. I am SO sorry that happened to you---it is SUCH a stressful time with the wedding so close. It'll be ok.

Awwww don't think like that. You shouldn't be embarrassed. I understand where your coming from but if it happened to you then I'm sure your not the first one. Things like this happen alot. I'm sure they don't think that you were lying.

who steals? so awful. but i'm glad they tried to make amends some how. a lot of places wouldn't even have done that!!

I agree! If they didn't believe you, they would not have taken it off your bill! I am so sorry that this happened to you...only good things will happen from here on in

Thanks ladies! You definitely made me feel better about what happened. I guess I was just in shock last night because that never happened to me before. Maybe I should make an appointment for a massage now to release all of the stress from the facial Lesson learned: Never bring cash to the spa.

I would be upset too, but the crying is probably a combination of everything. I was crying over ridiculous things right before the wedding. I wouldn't be embarrassed, if anything they should be for having that happen to a customer.
