My one dollar dress attempt
So i was searching for wedding dress pricing for dresses that i like online to get an idea. i was on this one sight and they had a Maggie Sottero dress for one dollar!!! i knew it was a joke and i told FH about it and he said buy it and see what happens (it really wasn't a dress that i was interested but for fun i said ok)i said that i didn't know what size i was so he said buy it in different sizes so we bought 2 and used a visa gift card. i was expecting an email from them saying opps we made a mistake. but we got a confirmation email and i check the website every day for the next two days and the price was still one dollar. on the third day it was changed to 1000. after a week they finally emailed me and said 'Unfortunately, you must have placed the order for this dress just as we were uploading it onto our website, that is the reason why the price said $1. The actual price for this gown is $1000.' my thought is they took so long to get back to me because they were trying to figure out if they really had to give it to me for one dollar guess they didn't ![]()
