I am creative, and I like to bake so what is wrong with me doing my own favors for the bridal shower!!!
I found these real cute cookie cutters that spell out LOVE and i was going to make the 4 L O V E cookies for everyone at the shower + they would get their own set of the cutters.
Why is it so wrong that I ask if I can do this?!?! She flipped out on me.

sorry, I forgot to mention that. LOL I called my sister since she is my MOH and asked before I ordered anything (honestly, it does not bother me that I would pay for them) and she was like 'WHAT!!!!' and then said she would have to call me when she gets home.
what's the big deal? I would end up helping make them the night before anyway?

Maybe they just dont want you to do any work, I'm planning my MOH's baby shower and she tried to help and it made me feel worse.

I live in a different city and will be coming in a week before the wedding and staying with my mom and sister. I would have to help them anyway and my sister isn't really the domestic or crafty type, so why not offer.

Maybe she just wants you to enjoy your party without having to do any work for it. Maybe she already bought the favors and can't tell you straight out not to do the cookies.

maybe she feels like ur stealing her thunder a little trying to help plan your own shower.....I'm sure she'll be fine...I would jsut let her do her thing....maybe she does have invites out and she's trying to make it a surprise....
