...thru our engagement, I think. I got a call today from my mom asking me to guess where her and my dad were (we do this all the time... the guessing game... it's wierd but it totally cracks us up). So after a few minutes of guessing, she tells me that her and my father are out checking out RHs (VYC & the Riviera). Let me tell you first that we've already found our RH!! They wanted us to keep looking so we would have more to compare to (we've looked at 3) and we said we'd think about it but were really set on the place we decided on. So they went looking themselve and I think my mom has developed a new hobbie... we'll call it 'just looking'. She cracks me up!! I think she's really just looking for free tastings at these places...

My parents did the same thing. They didn't have a big wedding, so our wedding was their first crack at it!

A friend of mine told me and my FH to do that. Look at 30 places and go to the tastings. He said him and his wife did that when they were getting marries and ate like royalty for 3 months

thats my dad!!! He and i went looking...and on the days i wasnt free id call him later on and ask whats up?! he be like oh i went here and there...got you new menus and great prices! he cracked me up!! But i love him so its ok lol

Yeah, My FH was pi$$ed for a hot second but when I reminded him that this might get them off our back, he thought it was pretty funny. Whatever they gotta do to entertain themselves, right??
