My parent's house in on the market - it's official

If anyone is interested...the house is in Mineola...it's a really beautiful old house....huge rooms and a nice size backyard. I dont' know all of the information, but if you're interested, I can get the information for you.

I'm sorry! My parents just sold there's on my 25th Birthday and moved to NC!! It's tough!

not sure of the land size....i can get the specifis if you want though...
it's a very nice house - they recently put new carpeting in the three upstairs bedrooms, it has 2 fireplaces, one wood burning, one gas (i guess - it's a fake )
full bathroom upstairs, 1/2 bathroom downstairs
attic
finished basement
it's not on a main road, but it's right off of jericho turnpike, in between mineola blvd and willis avenue.
