I just want to say that I am soooo happy that I got a personal trainer, I have lost 3 pounds and my abs lookk so good. and I am eating so much better!!
I am so excited cause I have to be in a bathing suit next week in Vegas!!

I am going March 31st fro the weekend. I think it my be warm enough to sit out and tan but maybe not to go into the pool.

I used a trainer for a long time and he helped me to sculpt my body into something I never thought it could be. But the key word was HELPED. Remember, YOU did the work! Congratulations and keep it up!

Its great to have a trainer cause he really motivates me and when I go to the gym by myslef I hear him saying 'don't give up, when it hurts its when it counts'.
I think I may keep going to him after the wedding.
