My pic location fell through....i need a backup any ideas???

Hey ladies...

I'm so upset! My plan was to go to Hempstead Lake state park after the church for a quick photo shoot in the park, and then to take pics at the gorgeous carousel they have there with the bridal party! I was so excited to take pics there....we thought of the idea a long time ago, I asked FH to take care of it, but i guess i wasnt persistent enough about it so unfortunately we waited till last week to apply for a permit....

well, the carousel is already booked for the time that we need it!

I wouldnt be AS upset about it if i knew we would have no problems just taking photos in the park..but as of now it is supposed to rain on Saturday, and the carousel would have been perfect b/c it is all enclosed.....

any other ideas???? Our ceremony is 10:30-11:30 in Lynbrook.....cocktail hour starts at 1:30 at CLM - in Lindenhurst, (I want to try and get there by 1pm though).....

i think i may just have to take pics inside the church and at the hall if it rains....

no ideas huh....

I'm not from LI, so I can't really think of anyplace that would be indoors and along your way..

Why don't you try calling your photographer?? He/she should know what works!

I am having the same problem...I have no idea where to take pictures...church in bellmore and reception at CLM..i wish i could help...

We wanted to do the arboritum but i dont think we will have neough time!

How about SUNY Farmingdale College, its in between your ceremony and reception hall. They have a bunch of gardens on their property. That is where I am looking to get mine done.
