My Proof came in!!!!!

YaY i am soo excitited that my proof came in......just a question....how far in advance is your RSVP date???? Originally we said exactly one month before but i know with my sister's wedding some people responded so late. So instead of May 7 how about May 1st?????

Well i just don't know how early is too early...i know the first week of May is the same thing but that's enough time right???

Crystan, so funny i was thinking about this driving to work today, since we have the same date lol

I was thinking of doing May 1st instead of May 7th

I think May 1st is better.

Are you doing a B List?

If you are then you could do a bunch of invites with a may 12th RSVP
Depending on how many No's you get.

If your not doing a B-list then you dont have to do that

My wedding is on 2/29 and our RSVP date is January 10th. We mailed them out around the 10th of December so that gave people a month to RSVP and enough time for us to track down the people who didn't RSVP

Also if you wanted to do 6 weeks Inbetween your RSVP date and your Wedding date the earliest you could do is April 24th. That would put you at exactly 6 weeks before

I know what your talking about, my family never rsvp's it would give me time to hunt people down, and make the seating arrangements

I know!! My sister went nuts waiting for responses!!!! We aren't doing a B list....we are inviting a lot of people so i just want to make sure we know ahead of time how many we are actually looking at!!!!

hmmm good to think about since we're working on this also, and my date is also your date! hehe....May 1st sounds fine to me....I think as long as it's in May people won't think it's really early, b/c it still sounds like 1 month before...April 30 sounds so much earlier than May 1, even though it's just the day before!
