I am so upset. He was going out back this morning and decided to go jumping off 3 steps and then collapsed. My DH came running and we had to bring him to the emergency vet. He has to stay there because it is so serious. We are so upset
He has to be in his cage for 8 weeks and every 2 weeks he needs x-rays.
It is so expensive It was $600 today and over $200 every 2 weeks for 8 weeks.
I don't know how we are going to do it. Thank you for letting me talk about it

Most Vets are very reasonable and will set up a payment plan for you. Sorry to hear about your puppy. Hope he heals very soon.

I just went through my puppy being stepped on by my fh - it was awful...he was in ICU for 4 days....FH me if you need support. It was one of the worst times of my life - the good news is that he is back to normal and has more energy than ever!!
I hope your puppy heals quickly.

I am so sorry, I know how you feel.
Sargent our 16 month year old lab needed emergency surgery on July 11. He ate a rock and it got stuck in his intestines.
