My resolution starts NOW!

I have read that it's bad to embark on resolutions and stuff at the beginning of the New Year so....I am resolving to end '05 with my resolution, instead of starting '06 with it.

so, starting this morning, I put down the donuts and muffins and am starting to treat my body right. I'd like my last days in '05 see me through to my better habits in '06.

come on girls- why wait until Sunday what we can start NOW!!!

Nah, I was planning on lots of heavy drinking and cheese cake eating tomorrow night!!

I agree! I started up again right after Christmas. Have to fit into that wedding dress!

Good for you!!!! I only go nuts around the holidays, so I'm always done with the crazy eating Dec. 26 - never understood the 'eat until I bust' mentality until the end of Dec. 31!!!!

I can never pass the 2 week mark. I can excerise and be good eating for 2 weeks then by that 3rd week all back to the norm I guess we shall see I am trying it agian
