My review of the Inn at New Hyde Park!
DH and I were in the BP for his cousin's wedding which was at the Inn at New Hyde Park. I had passed it a ton of times while they were doing the construction on it. I had never been inside before, but heard all great things about it. The place is really big. The food was delicious! I had the striped bass for dinner and DH had the shrimp. Both delicious. (We had 8 entrees to choose from.) The cake was really good. I don't know where they got it from or if it was through the hall, but it was great. Viennesse hour was held in a room just outside our room which was nice since there were a lot of people there. Lots of stuff to choose from but I only had a small piece of carrot cake and some popcorn.
Paris was the band they had (they had DJ too, but I don't know who it was) and they were INCREDIBLE! DH was set on getting a DJ for our wedding, but had I known about Paris I would have definitely went with them. They were amazing.
The florist was *********** but I don't know if they did the CPs. The bouquets were beautiful though.
Anyone getting married there will have an amazing time! It was gorgeous and the food delicious!
