Thank you SO MUCH for being so helpful! I am so confused!
We visited Timber Point and Smithtown Landing. We liked Smithtown Landing because it was more quaint, but I have heard SUCH mixed reviews about the food. We had a tasting and we liked it, but I am nervous about it.
Timber Point was beautiful - IF you have a nice day. If it rains, you get married on the dance floor of the reception room and your tables are all pushed off to the side- YIKES!
Any thoughts?

Re: My RH Closed! Mini-Update
I love my RH, Timber Point!
I guess the rain issue isn't a problem for us because we're having the ceremony in a church. I had a tasting there a couple of months ago and it was soo good!
Smithtown Landing was our second choice but we didn't like the fact that you had to go outside to go from the CH to reception room.
Do a search for reviews... I found them to be very helpful! GL!

My friend was supposed to get married at Giorgios outside-it rained so they did it in their main room-they curtained off where they had moved the tables too and set up the 'ceremony site' really pretty. Dont let this change your decision-they will have enough time to set it up for your Reception and it reallydoesnt look quite as ugly as it appears in your head. Call and ask them if they curtain off where the tables are, etc.
If you are worried about the food at one but are 100% about the food at the other I would go w ith the one you are 100% about
