I decided to start looking at some dresses and my FSIL came in on friday to come with me. We were originally going to just look at Bridesmaid dresses but I couldn't help myself. I have to say it was a really bad experience....the people who work there are so unhelpful. I showed them a picture of a dress I've been dying to try on and they told me to go look for it. Basically you have to go through isles of dresses on your own...half of them are stuffed into bags and you can't even see them. So I picked out 5 and went in to try them on. Afew I wasnt happy with so the women helping me went and got a few others but she said I could only try on 5!! I couldn't believe it. They weren't even crowded at the time, I don't understand why I was limited to 5 when the first 2 were total rejects. I think they have good prices but I suggest, especially for someone looking for the first time, to go somewhere with better service. I found 2 I thought were nice but nothing I fell in love with. She also told me I was being difficult and not to come back until I know exactly what I want. Who says that!!! I wasn't being difficult at all I just didn't know exactly what dress I wanted....it was only my first time looking!!

wow Im so sorry you hadsuch a bad experiance. They should not have acted like that. But now you just wont give them your buisness, One day I went in the macys bridal section inthe smithhaven mall. Know one acknowledged me for like 5 min so left. If your gonna be rude then screw you

i have to say i got my dress there and the service was just OK. I was just happy because they honored the price they gave me, so i got my dress for the original price not the price that it was raised to.

I'm really sorry you had that experience! When I went the woman I worked with was very helpful and remembered me when I went back to buy my dress. I've generally heard good things on here.

Their service is pretty terrible but their prices cannot be beat. I am ordering my BM dresses from them with their no frills program. I'd say go somewhere else to find the dresses you think then you can always order through them for the best price

Oh Im so sorry!! I had a wonderful experience at RK! I just went over the weekend with my mom to ger her dress and the lady let her try on about 20! I guess it depends on who you get.

for anyone who plans on using RK BRidal.. go to a BRIDAL BOUTIQUE and try on dresses... keep a record of which ones you like and then search to see if they have them at Rk Bridal
They are incredible to work with, but I would not recommend going there to try on dresses. It is well known that you will not get the personal care you would get at a boutique or salon...
They are pretty much a discount warehouse.

THATS HORRIBLE DEF GO SOME WHERE ELSE THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES AROUND WHY GO SOMEWHERE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT NICE? IT SHOULD BE A FUN EXPERIENCE NOT A CRAPPY ONE....IM USING ANGEL BRIDAL THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND THEY MATCHED THE PRICE OF ANOTHER STORE.
