My Sample DIY Invite

I'm one who can't sit still and have to do wedding things constantly so I feel like I'm getting things done. So I ordered samples from cardsandpockets.com and made my invite. I'm gonna add ribbon later on to wrap around the pocketfold.

I feel like its missing something though, y/n?

those look great.

i was thinking about attempting invites, but i was afraid of how they would look.

yours look awesome.. i think i just might try it..

did the website you ise have a lot of variety?

Yea they have alot of stuff. different colors, sizes shapes.

The only problem I have is with the green invitation mat. that color is discontinued but they're offering to cut down pocketfolds that are left over in the same color for me.

I thought it would be a pain in the *** to print everything but it was really easy. I love DIY invites cause their so original and unique so I think its worth it.

I am finding it hard to find something I am in love with so I am doing my own invites. I LOVE YOURS!! very nicely done.

I just went on the site that you mentioned to see what they offer but I cant preview anything before I order it...actually I cant see any pic at all...is this normal?

yea its normal. i just had to go by the pics of the pockets and just choose a color. thats why i ordered a sample first so i can get an idea of what it'll look like.

those are awesome!! i really want to make my own invites but the ones im looking at are actually really affordable so it might be cheaper to buy them! but im going to go to that site you siad and order some samples! and see how it works out! thanks and great job!

wow! i'm so jealous! yours came out beautiful! i would love to make my own pocket fold invite but i'm scared i might screw it up and not know where to start. where can i get instructions?!?!?!?!?

I didnt use any instructions, all the paper is pre-cut from the site so I had to just print on them. I made all the text into a photoshop image and then when I went to print just change the papersize. It was realllly easy.

Those are so great! I wish I had a printer that was good enough cause I would definitely attempt doing them but my printer s$cks!

i couldnt view the colors either...

i just looked at the color chart.

I dont know what they will look like together, but since the sample is only 10.00 and the shipping is free i figured it was worth a shot to make a couple of guesses.

i went with the black for the pocket folder and candy apple for the mat.

everything else.. white.

im thinking i might be able to get a little more creative and add silver ribbon.

i cant wait for everything to come now!
