My sis asked me for a list of people I would like at my bridal shower. Now, do I tell her all the females I am inviting to the wedding or just some? I'm confused I'm inviting my boss and a few girls from work (who I'm semi-close with, but don't see o utside of work).

my mom emailed me the same thing today...I think she's going to throw mine in Chuck E Cheese!
But anyway, I'm definitely not inviting all the women on my list. Only close friends and family.

Do you think that the other women will get mad if they find out they weren't invited though? I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or 'leave anyone out'. I had originally thought family, close friends too.

I would say close friends and relatives too..Hopefully your friends at work will throw u a mini shower too

personally, when I get invited to a shower where I'm not close with the bride, I think she's begging for gifts and I hate the thought of going. I don't get offended because in my family, showers are only for the closest people, not like, your FH's brother's girlfriend who you barely even know. JMO

eroxgirl, I agree. I get so annoyed about 'having' to go AND give gifts to someone I'm not close with. I do know, however, that my FMIL is going to probably want to invite some 'relatives' of FI that I probably don't remember meeting. Should I tell her 'no'?
