My Shower at Sonoma Grill - Some Pics and Review

My shower was actually two weekends ago, but I just got pics from one of my BMs so I thought I would post. Photos are in my community album

My Shower

My BMs and mom did such a fabulous job - I knew when my shower was, but I was still so shocked by all the people who came (on Memorial day weekend), all the fabulous presents I received and what a great job my BMs did planning. They did a sunflower theme - which is so me - with pots in the center of the table with adorable chocolate sunflowers (courtesy of LIWer captsarkasm) and the favors were little terra cotta pots with sunflower seeds wrapped in raffia. SO CUTE! Sonoma Grille also has a Sunflower theme going, so it was perfect.

The food at Sonoma Grill was AMAZING. I had about 8 glasses of champagne punch (so good) and all the appetizers and entrees were awesome. I went again this week to eat there - Wednesday is pasta night! The Sunflower cake my BMs had made was SO delicious - I wish I had a piece right now.

I am still so excited for my presents, even though I don't have a house yet to use them all in - I got the Kitchenaid mixer, a Dyson Vacuum, 12 place settings of my china (which I had removed from my registry cause I thought it was too expensive, but I still got em), a bar globe and tons of amazing things I didn't even register for, but still LOVED! All in all Sonoma Grill, my BMs and my mom get an A+

I ate at Sonoma for the first time this past SUnday and it was sooooo good! Fh and I are considering have our RD there.

Judy is in the second pic with all the BMs at the end (wearing blue). Also in that pic are Colleen and Aley , who also graduated with us and are my BMs (all five BMs are Smithtown HS grads

)
