I would have been totally surprised if it were not for this evil gf of one of my fiances friends....
i get an email on sunday night saying she is very sorry she can not attend my shower this weekend because she is very busy this weekend...
she went out of her way to make sure i knew it was this weekend....... she did this to another girl too so i know she did it to be malicious....
i replied to the email simply saying thank you for ruining my surprise shower.....
of which now, i feel too bad to even tell my sis and family that i know it is on sunday... they put so much hard work, and i really would have had no clue....
the invite clearly said SURPRISE...
so now on sunday i will have to pretend to be surprised... i really hate people..........

Dont worry, she obviously is very jealous and is looking to ruin your time, but dont let her.. I feel bad for jealous ppl. think how much wasted time they spent when really they can never be as happy or good.

Awwwwww that *****.... my shower is a surprise too and my tailor almost ruined it for me this past weekend when I went to get the shower dress altered. He told me my dad called him and told him to rush the alterations since we need it by Saturday. Thankfully, I dont think he speaks english well and was probably confused since this Saturday we'll be down the shore for a b-day party (which we have an invite for that cleary says July 26th) but I was really mad for a second!!!
I also had a girlfriend ruin my 25th b-day surprise party that FH had spent MONTHS putting together by her telling me she 'couldnt make my party on Friday', also clearly a surprise!!!!!!! When I called her our on it, she said, OH, I got you confused with another friends party, sorry! But it was too late.
I hate when ppl ruin surprises!!!

I don't have a bridal party so basically helped my mom plan my shower so NO surprise for me at all.

So rude. I had a BRIDESMAID of mine ruin my surprise and she didn't even come to my shower.... Long story... Anyway, I tried to make lemonade out of lemons and I decided to get my hair done the day of my shower!
Don't worry, the people that love you are putting together a great day for you. Don't let this busy body ruin that for you or else she wins!
