My Shower was also this weekend!! (Updated with Pictures at bottom)

It was so much fun. My mom had it at a tea room in Huntington Village. It was so nice. The place was so quant and they had little tea sandwiches. My mom thought of everything. I can't wait to get the pictures. It really seemed like everyone had a good time and the time just flew! Just made me realize how fast time is going to fly on our wedding day.

They made me a really sweet book. Everyone was given a page and was asked to contribute either pictures, stories, or recipes. It is something I will always treasure.

My mom made me up a few baskets. One with a tapistry of a bride and groom dancing with our names embroidered on the bottom. Another was filled with things for our honeymoon.

For the wishing well everyone was given a time of the day and everyone contributed something that went with that time. Like for 8pm we received a blockbuster gift card and popcorn and gummybears, etc. It was perfect for my FH and I. We have both lived in our own place for quite some time so we already have most of the things that we would need for a home or apartment.

Everyone just went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. FH's parents even drove up from Maryland for it and we all had breakfast together yesterday morning. It was such a special fun day. I couldn't have been happier! I'll post pics as soon as I get them.

When I fist walked in:


My Mom made the cake out of towels and the favors are right next to them. They are beautiul tea cups with tea inside with a tag that says 'Love is Brewing':


Some of the Beautiful Chests my mom made up and her favorite gift to me...Mr. Perfect. You press his hand and he says things only Mr. Perfect would :) :
