My Shower was Saturday!!(long)
No!! I don't have pics yet - I will post ASAP!! I was very suspicious that it was on Sat and I was right!! FH basically had to tell me in the morning that something was going on because my back went out (it figures) and I wanted to take a painkiller and he wouldn't let me. He just said to me - 'You can't take a painkiller, you have to be awake, you have somewhere to go this afternoon!!' Ha Ha
I told him he was lucky actually that I couldn't move and was at home because what would he have done if I was out riding my bike or going to the beach???
So, when he takes me, he blindfolds me and drives me all around in circles. Takes me into the restaurant blindfolded!! My 85 year old grandma from Florida came and one of my BM's who I never expected would come because she lives in California!!!
The whole theme was Hawaiian Honeymoon and my BM's and sister (MOH) totally outdid themselves!! Everyone had leis - hula skirts, etc. They told everyone to bring something tropical for Wishing Well so I got towels, beach bags, suntan lotions - things like that!! Some of you may remember that I intitally had concerns about my sister being able to fulfill duties of MOH because she is only 22 - but she BLEW me away - she could be a wedidng planner after this!!!
The one thing I am a little disappointed about:
There were not a lot of people there - about 25 - and I feel like there is so much that we need off the registery that now we have to buy - did this happen to any of you?
All in all - it was great though!!!![]()
