My Shower was Sunday! - with pics
Well, I was totally convinced that my shower was July 31st, so I was so shocked when I walked into 'brunch with my friends' on Sunday to find all my family and friends waiting there for me!
It was a beautiful day, and my mom & sis (MOH) did an outstanding job! The food, the decorations and the gifts... amazing! Everyone was so generous! The day went by so quickley, I didn't manage to open everything (especially the stuff from my mom & sis), so I'm going to open the rest this weekend.
I have another shower with FH family upstate next month, so I get to do it all over again. Although this one I know about, so at least I can come prepared!
Best thing I did... I bought a dress and shoes a year ago and gave them to my sis (MOH) to bring with her to the shower, in case I was dressed sloppily and wanted to change. I was so happy when I got there and was in a outfit that was soaked from the rain I had just walked through, that I had a pretty dress to put on.
