My sister's Bridal Shower- Lots of DIY pictures!!
The shower was at home and these are all DIY projects. Place settings with rhinestone. Thank you Cassie15 for your help with this! The table cloths and napkins are from www.linentablecloth.com They were very affordable. The table cloths were about $8 each. The plates and silverware are actually plastic. It looks real right?
Centerpeice with crysanthemum and mini calla lilies. This peice cost about $15 to make
Centerpeice with peonies- $10 for the peonies and $3 for vase from Michaels.
Centerpeice with roses and lemon slices in the vase. Thank you for all the grils who responded to my post. I put the flowers with the lemons in the fridge and it lasted all day and all night. The roses actually bloomed in the fridge over night. I think it's because of the lemons. The lemon slices do not stay on the side of the vase. The hold the lemon in place I fill the inside of the vase with chunks of lemon then put the stems in. Then you fill it with water. The water did have pulp in it but you cant see it because the lemon slices hides them. This peice cost about $20 but I have a lot of lemon's left over. All the flowers were from Stop & Shop.
This peice was made by a friend. She did a great job. She also made a matching corsage for my sister.
Chocolate lollipops with bride & groom and personalized ribbons from www.wrapwithus.com
They have a warehouse in Syosset.
The favors have a engagement ring charm on it also from www.wrapwithus.com.
These are votive candles placed around the peonies centerpeice. I printed their names with the 'double happiness' character on translucent metallic paper.
Almost forgot the towel cake. Towels are from Target. The monogram 'T' is from the $1 bin at Michaels. Tulle wrap from www.wrapwithus.com in Syosset.
