I bought all my slippers this weekend for the slipper basket. I bought the last 10 pairs they had in the Solo 99 cent store in Central Islip. Went to Super Discount 99 in Freeport and bought their stock of black slippers (about 40 pairs), then the Super Discount 99 store in East Meadow and bought 40 more pairs in black. They just got a new shipment in yesterday, so they have some if anyone needs.
When I went to the Freeport store, the guy said, 'are you the wedding lady?' I laughed and told him it must be someone else from LIW. I told him to keep stocking on the slippers because whenever a LIW girlie finds a store that has it, she advertises!!!!

How many pairs did you buy in total for how many female guests and how were you able to decide which sizes?

LOL That was me..I went in last week and kept checking to see if they were in...I forgot about it and planned on going back when they got the order in... He gave me his number to call but I forgot all about it, that is the one in the McD's shopping center right?? I better get my arse there ASAP then

lol OR it was me!!!! I went there last week, he also gave me the # and told me he would call when the manager got there... i told him i heard about it from another bride and he was like 'the one w/ the glasses???' lollol. I need to get back too!!

I have 85 pairs (I am estimating 150-ish guests). It's mostly sizes 7-9, with a handful of 5's, 6's, 10's and a few 11's. I'll have extra pairs and I'm sure not every person will take them.
