My cousin's 'borrowed' was my aunts veil. Any recent brides in your family? Did your grandma or mom save their veils?

Re: my something borrowed??
Or if you have jewelry that is yellow gold that is sentimental you can pin it to the inside of your dress.... my dad uses cloth hankies and always has one in his pocket so I think I am going to borrow one from him for my something borrowed....love my dad!!!

What about:
a tiara earrings bobby pin? (that might be a stretch, lol)
You don't have to 'wear it'. If you borrowed someone's necklace, you could pin it into the inside of the dress. I'm not sure if this would count, but what about something you can use at the wedding? Like a cake cutter or champagne flutes? After all, it's just tradition. JMO, but your marriage will not fail if you don't have something borrowed.
