Wow, do I wish I was a guy in the 50s!!

When I come home from work I am exhausted...wouldnt it be nice to have a warm or cool drink and dinner ready on the table! No, I still end up preparing our dinner many nights and we both work outside of the home.

Geez...we women get screwed all around dont we?!

My mom (who grew up in the 50s) said that her mom was EXACTLY like this! She changed into a nice dress, makeup and pearls before my grandpa came home from work.

Ok I know for a fact that my Grandmother would have NEVER stood for that crap...I can see Gracie standing at the door at 2 in the morning waiting for my Grandpa to come home and then the pots and pans would FLY!! All the while wearing her pearls
