Ladies, be careful with you Cuisinart Food Processor blades because you never know when one is going to fall on you and sever the tendon in your thumb, requiring surgery 3 1/2 months before the wedding (and 6 weeks in a cast).

holy cow! wowsers. use this as a sympathy splint to have FH buy you a gift or something! Or a manicure and massage when the thing comes off! feel better!
I told FH I definitely deserve a present--sort of like a 'push'present I hope to get in a few years.

FH's brother had to have surgery on his shoulder once and whatever he had to wear looked like he was walking around with a video camera bag or something....
Feel better soon!!!! REST so it will heal that much quicker... and careful with that cuisinart from now on.....
