So my bridesmaids and mom threw me a GREAT surprise shower this Saturday at the Coral House....... It was sooooo much fun
CAKE- Buttercookie Manhasset, gave better prices then Buttercookie Floral Park. The cake was so moist and tasty.... I love it, it is perfect. I always wanted this cake but I found out where to buy it from Liz because she had this great cake also
BELLY DANCER- Her name is Zora. Let me just say she did her best to get everyone involved and after she danced she did a mini lessons for all of the ladies...... so much fun I will say she does not look like her pictures and leave it at that.....
CORAL HOUSE- They get a FFFFFFFFFFFFF---- The service the day of was great and so was the food the reason for the F, is for what I found out the manager Linda did. the Wednesday before my shower they contacted my Maid of Honor and said they calculated wrong and she needs to come up with another 576. Now My Maid of Honor already has a signed contract with them that states PAID IN FULL. She also told them everybody makes mistakes and they made a mistake but if my Maid of Honor does not drop off the rest of the money by Friday under no circumstances will the door open and they will get NO MONEY BACK because the 'contract' says NO REFUNDS even though they are obviously breaking the contract that says PAID IN FULL...... My maid of honor got the bridesmaids together to pay this but I feel awful and there has to be something I can do P.S.- the manager Linda is a SUPER B%@#*

wow!!!! they did a fantastic job, love the cake!!! sorry the manager at coral house was such a biotch! They should have eaten the $576 since it was their mistake.

Your shower looked FABULOUS!!! That cake is like OMG and you looked amazing!! As for the biotch take her @ss to small claims def get that fixed, some people who run businesses' just have zero class!!

The cake and everything looked amazing. I love buttercookie!! They are from same town in Italy as my parents and there family for generations here and there has been in bakery business. I have always heard mix/ mainly bad reviews for Coral House, I would def say something!

I totally agree. I'll bet she didn't think you would be posting about it on LIW to a bunch of brides.
I love the snow and the little boxes. Everything looks terrific!
