For you ladies that registered online or in store at Target. Did you or have you I should say run into any problems? How was the overall experience with customer service? Are you happy with the outcome? Did you also register someehere else?

I cant speak from experience, but I can tell you I did my research into every store I was considering registering. Sadly, as much as I LOVE target, their return policy I found to be unreasonable. That alone kept me from registering there. Hope this helps.

Reasons we deleted our Target registry:
1. Unhelpful salespeople 2. Horrific return policy 3. Mechandise gets discontinued on a weekly basis so we had to keep updating our registry.

We were going to register there becasue they really have lots of the appliances, all the kitchen 'stuff' but their return policy scared me a bit!

No probelms so far, I didnt ha`ve my shower yet, so I'll let ya know if I have trouble returning anything, duplicates etc.

I don't know about wedding, but my best friend did her baby registry there and it sucked! Yes, the service is horrible, you actually have to circle the items that are part of the registry, separate them and let the cashier know (it's not done automatically) and things do get discontinued all the time...so impractical!

my cousin used them, and different stores had her listed for different things. One store said her comforter set was bought, the other store didn't. Things would also magically be added to her registry.

I registered at Target yesterday. I love the store - but I have to admit - the customer service was horrible....they just handed us the scanner, didnt explain a thing and we were totally confused. Plus, a bunch of the things that we scanned didnt show up on our list - I had to add them later. Although I have some complaints, I am still keeping the registry simply because I like the merchandise at Target and because Target is a store that everyone seems to have near them.

We did the same thing. Started to register there, and then stopped.
As much as I love Target, we felt there were better places to register.
