My Teacher Observation

I forgot to tell you girls... I had my Formal Mid Year Observation on Monday, and My Post Meeting on Thursday,

and....

I Got Exceeds Expectations Overall!!! Thats the Highest Rating you Can get!!!

THis is the first time in my 4 years of teaching that I have gotten such a high rating overall! My administrator said that in my class I am forcing my students to think, and that I had made so much growth overall. I am so happy!
