My thought for the day (warning...might be a little sappy)

So, I’ve been really worrying and complaining about $$$ lately and not enjoying wedding planning. I’ve lost sight of what’s really important- that on May 15, I’ll be pledging my love to my favorite person on the planet!! It’s not going to matter that I couldn’t have the exact flowers or jewelry or upgrades that I would’ve had if I had more $$$. All that is going to matter is that he’ll be my husband and I’ll be his wife!!!!

I think that happens to all of us. We get so involved and overwhelmed with the planning, that we forget WHY we're going this in the first place. It's nice to take that step back every once in a while.

Very true! nicely put. Ive been focusing so much on the reception over the past few months and then it finally hit me how important the ceremony part of the wedding is. it doesnt matter what the favors or invitations look like, its about saying our vows and giving our hearts to one another.
