My tip list...thoughts

Here is what I'm thinking. Let me know if it sounds like too much or too little.

Maitre' D : $280 - we are having 70 people
Bridal Attendant: $100
String Quartet Musicians - $50 per musician
Photographer : She owns the company but I was going to give the lighting assistant $50 and the other photographer $100
Video: Two video guys - was going to give each $100

All my other vendors own their own business.

Thoughts ladies?

I'd probably take the $50 from each of the videographers and give it to either the photog or the maitre'd. Our BA's we only gave $50 each.

ETA: DH and I both scoffed at the suggested maitre'd tip from the RH but once we put together a list of all the stuff he needed to do, we knew he deserved it. He ran the show!

how long are the string quartet musicians going to be there? all night long? or just cocktail hour $50 is alot for just an hour
and video seems high too

Actually for the string quartet that is what is suggested in my contract... It seems high to me too, but if it is in the contract I think I have to honor it.
How much would you tip the video guys?
