wow thats some list! At least know what needs to get done is half the battle. I can offer a piece of advice. My sister had a crazy list like this just before her wedding we took the list and broke it down with tasks that needed to be completed each day before the wedding. It really helped alot and cut out down the stress b/c we had a handful of things to do each day instead of being overwhelmed by a big list.
