great... how do i resize a pic?

step 1 : save your pic as .jpeg or .gif
step 2: if your file is too big open the folder that has the pic in it , right click it and press open with
microsoft office picture manager
step 4 click edit
step 5 click compress pic for web pages
step 6 save

i think i tried that dress on at Priscilla of Boston in the city. its super fitted. i wish i could have pulled it off.
