My turn to ask for prayers

OK Here's the deal:

FH and I have had our vendor $$ in envelopes (AND in full) for months.

We have basically been saving for the RH payment.

So tonight we did some math........

IF (and I say, IFFFFFFFF) we wind up with a final count of 250 people......




Then we have all the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


We have to guarantee 200 minimum (SOOO easy, and we have 291 invited-not including us).


What do we think girls?? What will my final count be? FH is convinced we'll have 270 yes's.

PUH-LEEZ send me some prayers!!

That's awesome! When I first started reading I thought you were going to say that the envelopes were missing! Thank God I was wrong! I say you end up with 240-245 and keep a couple of bucks in your pocket!!! I was kind of wishing I'd get some 'no's' for that reason

I know I wrote this in another post however we had to deal with a similar situation. We invited 215 ppl and my fiance was convinced that we were going to wind up above 150 which is what we had planned for. We still have till the 20th to give our gaurentee and we have heard from 145 ppl. 100 yes, 45 no. Some were expected, about 20 were not. Things like, last minute family scheduled events like a baptism. One of my friends just got engaged and his fiance is in a wedding that day. Another 2 couples just couldn't afford it and a few didn't give reasons eventhough they said for the past year that they were coming. Please don't stress out about this. Unless everyone lives within driving distance, you will be below 250. We are going to be around 130 now. That is 20 less than expected. I actually wanted 150 however I might be able to remodel our kitchen now.

When I first read your post I thought someone died or stole the money in envelops or something.

i say that with the economy and just those few surprise no's and all that other nonsense but anyon who does not want to come to ur wedding is nuts
