my veil

OK, I have not run out of time yet, BUT.....

I fell in love with this pronovias veil. Problem is that virtually no one will order these veils, since practically no one is in contract with pronovias for accessories. RK doesn't have a contract, and Kleinfeld didn't call back.

At any rate, I ordered it from this place in florida in October, and they gave a delivery date of January. I just called them today, and they said the wrong veil was ordered (and of course blamed pronovias), and it will be delayed. I'm getting worried becuase I checked out this place with BBB.org, and they had a couple complaints against them (I also suspect they either forgot to place the order despite telling me it was placed months ago, or made the item # error themselves....)

Pronovias takes a long time to come in, and I'm beginning to susupect I may have to make a last minute dash to get a replacement veil!!!

Dont stress yet !!You have a couple of months but if it is messed up again then I would get something else.Just keep your eyes open anyway so you can get ideas of other places

yeah, I have already been thinking about other options.... RK (where I bought my dress) has some really nice ones.... I'm also already documenting correspondence for litigation purposes

Thank God the transaction was all on my credit card (with buyer protection)!
