So I just wrote out every single attendee on a post-it (except for us -- we get a sweetheart's table!) and this was the result...
The colors don't mean anything -- I just happened to have some green and some yellow tab post-its around my apt. There are 10 blank ones still if I get some more RSVPs... more than that, and I'm not sure what to do because I'm out of them lol!
Right now I'm looking at about 12 tables, which is good because I only have 15 CPs! (I bought my own vases.) There definitely needs to be some serious tweaking (my dad needs to tell me what to do with his family / friends) but I'm very happy about it so far!

If you go on weddingwire.com you can put all the names of your guests in and set up the tables the way they will be the day of. Then you can move your guests around the table. This is how Im doing my tables. It makes life super easy!

I'll have to use that website. . .something tells me that seating people at tables is going to be a hellish ordeal in a week or two. . .

You can do that on this website too! It's SO easy, I've played around with it already! I agree with Gail, it's the only way not to drive yourself nuts!

Hmm, I'll have to give it a try. The only annoying part will be re-typing everyone's name in to do it!
I'm a very visual and mechanical person (always did flashcards back in school) so the post-its are really nice for me so far. But I'll check it out.

That's great! It's not so bad, right? We did it in an hour - it was awesome. We drew the tables and used the little post it flags. Here it was, missing a few of the tables lol
(Note that our flags were blue and orange - Mets colors. DH asked for those lol)

Once I figure out who goes together at the tables, putting them on the chart I got from the RH shouldn't be a big deal.
Does anyone know if the one you do online you can print out? If so, I think I might do that, just because it's going to be way more portable than the one I'm working on right now.

use paper plates as the tables too, so maybe after you put people at certain tables you can lay out the room

UGH .. seating arrangement has been my worst nightmare and Im dreading doing the tables .. i have get a move on though, i only have three weeks left!
