WWYD? they gave me 3 (pretty chhesy) dvd's they skip, freeze and most of the time don't play. (not just on my dvd, but on my fathers and mil's as well) The audio is pretty horrible. At times you can't understand it. When I watch the part where my father and I are dancing, theres this weird 'mooing' noise over most of it. I am so disappointed. What should I do? Can I do anything. I called and left a message asking for vhs maybe instead. But I am so upset.
Update: They said they would fix it and make me knew copies and see what they could do about the audio. and, no, it is not the same company as the photographer. Thank you ladies, sometimes i just need a push to call and get things fixed.

That's absolutely unacceptable, Eleanor!!!!! You paid good money and you deserve at the very least a satisfactory product!!!!!!!!!!
I would def complain to them and make them either fix it or compensate you for such poor quality!!!!! Good luck!!

call them asap. Maybe they are a bad batch of DVD's. Hopefully they can make you a new set.

It's completely unacceptable. You signed a contract and paid for a service and product that is poor quality and not functioning. If he gives you new DVDs and they are fine, SUPER. But if its the recording quality thats in error then you should ask for your money back.

Eleanor that is completely and totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! Call them and complain. Demand new copies. Express your dissapointment and anger at their product. Do not take any cr@p from them!!!

DId you use the same video company as your photographer??? If so I would complain. I used the same company and love my video......there must be some sort of glitch with the DVDs.
