IS anyone going threw this .. No one really wants to be bothered with the planning of the wedding everyone keeps telling me you have plenty of time .. Dont worry and i am worried .,. I have nothing done the save the dates arent even out yet .... But im feeling down cause no one else wants to help so why should i even do it .. I would do it all my self but i have a 2 year old son .. So i cant just get out and do it .... sorry for venting ...

My best advice is to take it one project at a time. It can get overwhelming when we look at everything at once.
Who have you asked for help?? FH?? Perhaps have him take care of your 2 yr old and you can go about doing wedding stuff.

They don't understand the time flies. Maybe you can just create a timeline or schedule for yourself? Instead of trying to do everything at once. You can even have a get together with some of your friends and you guys can sit and do your STDs? I think alot of us have had this. Maybe you can get your FH to help. Sometimes when people are not benefiting themselves they tend to just throw you to the side. Maybe you can try and get some done while your 2 yr old is sleeping. Just remember this is your day, when it comes down to it the only ones that will matter on that day are you and FH.

Fh works all day when he gets home he tells me this wedding is for me and he said anything i want .. My mom keeps telling me you have plenty of time .. my aunt said todays her only day off and she doesnt want to go look for dresses today /...so thees no one lol... And if someone watches my son i feel like i have to rush to get home ....

If FH wants you to do all the legwork for the wedding, then have him watch your 2yr old once he comes home. He can say no to that. As far as having other people watch your 2yr old, don't feel guilty. If anyone even hints that you've spent too long out, then let them know that these things take time specially when it's only yourself doing stuff.

Don't worry about people not helping you. I am doing most of the planning myself...My FH doesn't really like participating....Take one task at a time and complete it before the next. I made a filing system for myself. I labeled all the folders for the different vendors I am using and created reminder calendars for myself on my computer. I know you can do it. Good Luck!

Im sorry that you are going through this. I also hate when people tell you that there is plenty of time The truth is THERE ISNT! and they dont understand that time flies... As one of the brides stated in a previous post..take one project at a time, dont overwhelm urself with so many things. And ask FH to pitch in, I mean it is his wedding too. Good luck

Definitely take each thing you do one at a time-otherwise you will burn yourself out. No one really understands time constraints until they are in the position-Good Luck, you will get it all done

Time does fly by, but I would advise you not to flip out or worry yourself too much, things will get done! We actually didn't send out the STD's, we meant to, but it got close to the wedding and we dont have many people from OOT... Things will work out just fine, take everything one day at a time! We are here whenever you need to vent or need advice!!
