My wedding 7-6-01
I'm back and I can't believe it's over!!!! My day was wonderful. The weather couldn't have been better. It was sunny and not too hot.
There is so much I want to say, I don't know where to begin....
Fox Hollow - Cocktail hour in the Garden Terrace and reception in the Briar Fox. I have never seen so much food in my life!!!! Everyone commented on how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They even come around offering seconds of the main entrees!! My bridal attendant's name was Steph and she was fabulous--waited on us hand and foot. The Maitre'D was also wonderful, but I forgot his name. My husband and I kept getting 'yelled at' by both of them for trying to do things for ourselves that they should be doing for us(like carrying a bag, or getting a drink at the bar).
Pro-Line Studios - Our photographer was Tony and he was great. We all were very comfortable with him. He really seemed to know what he was doing, but I haven't seen the proofs yet so I'll let you know how they turned out.
Big Hits Entertainment - Fantastic - Our MC was Jeff and he was soo professional. He only spoke when it was absolutely necessary and kept checking with us and our parents to make sure everything was ok. The music they played kept everyone on the dance floor all night and we had a very mixed crowed(teenagers to my grandmother who's 89). They even played songs like Sweet Caroline and Brown Eyed Girl that everyone sang along to.
Jack and Rose - The the personal flowers were beautiful. I don't remember what the chuch flowers or centerpieces looked like, but my mom said they were great. They delivered the personaly flowers on time(actually a little early) and each arrangement was labeled with the title of the person it was for which made it very easy for my aunt to distribute the corsages and boutinnieres at the church.
Salon Menage - Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Michele did my hair and makeup perfectly. One of the other girls did my daughter's hair in a little updo and she looked like a princess.
All Star Limo- The car was nice and clean and the driver was very professional. He helped out a lot at the church.
Lunch hour is over--I'll post more later. The honeymoom was a cruise on Carnival's Destiny and I'll post separately about that.
